PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Seth Haron is a Managing Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap in the firm’s Detroit office, specializing exclusively in Medical Office investment sales, including single-tenant and multi-tenant properties nationwide.

Seth earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Michigan in May 2012 and joined Marcus & Millichap as a licensed agent in September 2012. Since that time, he has built a national platform advising corporate and private clients on the acquisition and disposition of Medical Office real estate throughout the country.

Seth’s approach focuses on understanding client objectives and aligning investment strategy to maximize value, preserve capital, and create long-term wealth. Clients rely on his real-time market insight, data-driven valuations, and ability to execute across varying market conditions.

Seth formed a national brokerage partnership with Ashish Vakhariya and Darin Gross, creating a specialized team that has closed more than $1 billion in transactions nationwide. Together, they provide clients with comprehensive real estate sales, financing, research, and advisory services.
