PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Emily Feeny joined Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office in 2020 as the marketing coordinator for the VHG CRE Group. Emily has a vast knowledge of marketing and graphic design and has been in the real estate industry since 2015. Since starting, she has continuously helped transform the VHG CRE Group brand to surpass client expectations, as well as implementing various marketing methods to target our client’s wants and needs more effectively. Most of her time is spent designing high-end marketing packages, and assisting the team with financial underwriting, transaction coordination, and market/tenant research.

Previously, Emily worked for five years in residential real estate for a boutique brokerage where she executed high level marketing, provided agent trainings, and office management.

Majoring in graphic design, Emily has always had a passion for art and creating thoughtful marketing pieces with a sharp eye for detail. Her hard work ethic and client first mindset has led to a proven track record of successful campaigns and year-over-year sales growth.

In her free time, Emily likes to cook, read, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
